The main benefit I have found is accountability - targets are set each month and you are accountable to everyone at the meeting. You can also raise any pressing topics during the meeting e.g. analysing an interesting development deal, a troubling planning / legal query etc and you have the benefit of the collective wisdom of some very experienced property investors / developers.
